ULTRA 32 will automatically track patient studies including multiple
gestations. You also have the opportunity to manage patient data
including contact information, referring physician data, study
location for multiple offices and personal notes. |

Study
Demographics
The Demographics tab contains study specific data, with much of
it LMP, Reporting Physician, Gravida, Indications and other data
transferred over directly from the scanner. Please note the amount
of data imported directly from the ultrasound machine varies depending
upon the make, model and software version of the scanner.

Anatomy
- Placenta / Position
The Anatomy Tab reveals six anatomical sub-tabs that enables you
to document even the most comprehensive exam. Placenta and Fetal
Position responses generate images that illustrate your findings.
If you can't find an appropriate image from our portfolio of 56
images we will be happy to have our medical illustrator generate
additional images that effectively illustrate your findings.

Anatomy
- AFI / Heart
With few exceptions, most of the questions found under the Anatomy
tab are fully customizable just by double clicking in the response
field. AFI percentile ranking is based upon GA with anomalies
indicated in RED. |

In addition to a fully customizable Fetal Anatomy Survey, you
can choose to globally default all un-responded questions to "No
Anomalies Observed" with only one click. |

The Facial / Cranial Tab provides additional detail to Head and
Face questions found in Fetal Tab. Answer only the questions you
wish as ULTRA 32 only reports on the questions you respond to.
Unresponded questions don't appear anywhere in the report.

Measurements
- GA / Long Bones
The Measurement tab contains more than 35 biometric measurements,
many of which are downloaded directly from your ultrasound scanner
to the ULTRA 32 reporting system. ULTRA 32s Trademarked Alert
Bar compares the GA from Current Study, Earliest Study, LMP and
User selected alerting you to any material discrepancies.

Measurements
- Doppler
Doppler Measurements are transferred directly from some of the
newer scanners and if you provide us with with Doppler formulas
used in your practice we will be happy to add them at no additional
charge. |

Procedures
- BPP, Amnio, CVS
The Procedures tab enables you to record Biophysical Profile (BPP),
Amniocentesis and CVS information. BPP automatically adjusts its
scoring to accommodate the three prevalent BPP scoring protocols.
Amniocentesis and CVS share the same customization and flexibility
capabilities found in the Anatomy section. Furthermore, you have
the ability to illustrate on the fetal image where you performed
your tap. |

Comments
The Comments Section enables you to store an unlimited number
of custom templates which can be inserted into the comments section
at any time. In addition to comments, the comments section enables
you to record your ICD-9 Diagnosis Codes, as well as when you
want to schedule any follow-up procedures. |
